- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable innovation strategies
- Author quarterly trend reports and executive briefs using proprietary predictive modeling
- Advocate for ethical deployment of emerging technologies including quantum computing and synthetic biology
- Mentor junior analysts and build an internal foresight intelligence network
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation strategy at enterprise level
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy or product roadmaps
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation publications
