Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies and societal trends impacting 2026-2030
- Develop and publish annual Future Impact Reports with actionable strategic recommendations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational vision with future possibilities
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Present strategic foresight findings to C-suite and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Strong presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
