Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data to forecast 2026 market shifts and technological inflection points
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite executives across Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-proof business models
- Author trend reports published in industry journals and policy briefings
- Design ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems deployment
- Partner with R&D to commercialize emerging technologies in quantum computing and biotech
- Mentor junior futurists through our Future Leaders incubation program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience as professional futurist or strategy consultant
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies or societal transformation
- Proficiency in horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi method, weak signal analysis)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic implementation of future forecasts
- Certification in Strategic Foresight from leading institutions (e.g., MFMP, APF)
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
