Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive trends affecting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative future-state analysis using proprietary foresight methodologies
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Author thought leadership reports on emerging paradigms in AI, climate resilience, and human augmentation
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-state business models
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite stakeholders and investor forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurist role with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication proficiency
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or related designation
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations with measurable impact
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and foresight software
