Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify and validate emerging trends through 2026
- Develop strategic frameworks that align future opportunities with company objectives
- Produce scenario-based forecasts and risk assessments for disruptive technologies
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate future-facing concepts
- Present compelling future-state narratives to stakeholders and investors
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and industry experts
- Drive innovation sprints focused on 2026+ use cases
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Experience building cross-ecosystem innovation partnerships
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations
