Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to map emerging technology impacts (quantum AI, neuro-interfaces, climate adaptation tech)
- Produce quarterly future-state briefings for C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Design resilience protocols for anticipated disruptions in workforce, supply chains, and regulatory environments
- Partner with R&D to future-proof product roadmaps against 2026 technological shifts
- Establish ethical guardrails for advanced AI, biotech, and autonomous systems
- Represent InnovateCorp at global futurist summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Published work on emerging technologies or societal transformation (2020-2025)
- Expertise in systems thinking and complex adaptive systems modeling
- Advanced certification in futures studies (e.g., CFCS, APF) or equivalent experience
- Deep understanding of convergence technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neurotech)
- Experience with AI-driven trend analysis platforms (e.g., Palantir, Gartner)
- Proven ability to communicate complex futures to non-technical stakeholders
- PhD or equivalent in futures studies, technology forecasting, or related field
