Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop data-driven foresight frameworks using AI-powered trend analysis and scenario modeling
- Architect strategic blueprints for product innovation and market positioning aligned with future trajectories
- Facilitate executive workshops on exponential technologies and their business implications
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Translate foresight insights into actionable roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist roles
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market impacts
- Proven track record of developing foresight methodologies and strategic frameworks
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics
- Published thought leadership on future trends or industry disruption
- Proficiency in scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
