Responsibilities

- Collaborate with C-suite to embed future-proofing into corporate strategy
- Produce trend reports and scenario-planning frameworks for board stakeholders
- Identify and cultivate partnerships with emerging tech pioneers
- Drive cross-functional workshops to align teams on future opportunities
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Proven track record in trend analysis and scenario planning
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures
- Published thought leadership in futurism or tech strategy
- Experience with quantitative forecasting tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight preferred
