Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies, market shifts, and societal trends impacting 2026
- Develop and maintain strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 future-state scenarios
- Present foresight findings to C-suite executives and cross-functional leadership teams
- Collaborate with R&D to prioritize next-generation R&D initiatives
- Establish thought leadership through white papers, conference keynotes, and industry panels

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in developing 5-10 year strategic roadmaps

- Deep understanding of AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech trajectories
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
