As a key member of our Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, research labs, and global thought leaders to identify paradigm shifts in AI, biotech, and sustainable systems. Your insights will directly influence product development, market positioning, and organizational resilience in an era of unprecedented change.
Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data to forecast industry shifts and disruptive technologies through 2030
- Develop strategic frameworks for integrating emerging innovations into core business operations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-ready initiatives
- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and trend reports for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions addressing 2026-era challenges
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Present foresight findings to investors, board members, and industry conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing applications, or climate-tech innovation
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning techniques
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on digital transformation roadmaps
