Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Innovation Roadmap, aligning emerging technologies with market evolution

- Establish strategic partnerships with DARPA, NASA, and global research institutions for collaborative R&D
- Author annual 'State of the Future' reports forecasting technological inflection points
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI symbiosis
- Represent company at World Economic Forum and UN Futures Conferences
- Mentor junior futurists while maintaining thought leadership through industry keynotes
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or Quantitative Social Sciences
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or advanced R&D leadership
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on exponential technologies
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., PESTLE, STEEPLE, Delphi Method)
- Demonstrated track record of commercializing futuristic concepts
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS Professional) preferred
