- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into R&D priorities and product roadmaps
- Establish FutureWorks' thought leadership through whitepapers, keynote speeches, and industry forums
- Partner with C-suite to embed future-ready frameworks into corporate strategy and investment decisions
- Monitor geopolitical and technological disruptors to identify first-mover opportunities
- Maintain a proprietary trend intelligence database using AI-driven analytics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology strategy
- Proven track record of translating futuristic trends into commercial impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences and external stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (e.g., HBR, WIRED)
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP) preferred
