Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts affecting 2026-2030 landscapes
- Develop actionable strategic frameworks for enterprise adoption of emerging innovations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-vision implementation
- Produce foresight reports and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies
- Represent the organization at global tech conferences and policy forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in corporate strategy, R&D, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record in technology forecasting and scenario planning
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional data synthesis and narrative communication skills
- Experience with foresight frameworks (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, etc.)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-vision implementations
