Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 Innovation Roadmap, identifying disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale breakthrough solutions in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global innovation hubs
- Deliver executive-level trend briefings and scenario-planning workshops for stakeholders
- Drive cultural transformation to embed future-readiness across all business units
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget allocation for strategic innovation initiatives
- Pioneer ethical frameworks for emerging technologies to ensure responsible adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or C-level technology leadership
- Proven track record of scaling breakthrough products from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or MBA with innovation focus
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption (whitepapers, patents, or TED talks)
- Experience managing $10M+ innovation portfolios with measurable ROI
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., CFM) preferred
