Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 innovation foresight framework through market analysis and trend extrapolation
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing future-proofing initiatives across product development and marketing
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-backed impact projections
- Establish partnerships with emerging tech startups and academic research institutions
- Create annual '2026 Horizon Reports' outlining disruptive opportunities and threats
- Mentor junior futurists and build the organization's foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing multi-year roadmaps that materialized market shifts
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technological forecasting
- Strong data visualization and storytelling skills for executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Experience with AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech disruption analysis
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
