Responsibilities
- Architect 3-5 year innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead scenario planning for global societal shifts (demographic, environmental, economic)
- Develop patentable frameworks for ethical tech governance in emerging domains
- Facilitate executive briefings on future-proofing business models
- Manage $5M+ R&D portfolio for moonshot projects
- Establish international collaboration networks with academic and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or futurist roles with Fortune 500/tech unicorns
- Proven track record in launching category-defining products (3+ cases)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, neurotech)
- Published thought leadership in futurism/innovation (whitepapers, patents)
- Experience scaling innovation labs from concept to global impact
