Responsibilities

- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford labs on next-gen innovation frameworks
- Present future scenarios to C-suite and board for strategic decision-making
- Build and mentor a global team of futurist researchers and prototype engineers
- Secure $50M+ in innovation grants from NSF, DARPA, and private foundations
- Publish annual 'State of 2026' industry forecast with global impact
Qualifications
- PhD in Futurology, Systems Engineering, or Cognitive Science (or equivalent experience)
- 15+ years in R&D leadership at FAANG or quantum computing firms
- Published research in Nature/Science on human-AI symbiosis or ethical AI
- Expertise in scenario planning using Delphi method and horizon scanning
- Track record of commercializing breakthrough technologies (3+ exits)
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation tools
- Speaker at World Economic Forum or TED Future conferences
