Responsibilities
- Lead strategic roadmapping for 2026 technology adoption across quantum-AI hybrid systems and neuro-interfaces
- Direct cross-functional R&D initiatives in synthetic biology and climate-positive nanotechnology
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, NASA, and global innovation hubs for collaborative prototyping
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-machine symbiosis
- Present breakthrough innovations to the World Economic Forum and G7 Tech Summits
- Mentor a team of 15 futurist-scientists through Horizon Labs' Future Leadership Program
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Synthetic Biology with 10+ years industry impact
- Published 3+ papers in Nature/Science on emerging technologies with 2026 relevance
- Proven track record of scaling innovations from lab to market (min. $50M ARR impact)
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems across 15+ jurisdictions
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Public speaking record at TED/WEF with 500K+ audience reach
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing platforms (Qiskit/Braket)
