Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech/socioeconomic trends through quantitative modeling and qualitative foresight frameworks
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for 2026+ market disruption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future-state opportunities
- Produce executive briefings on disruptive technologies and market inflection points
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Establish early-warning systems for paradigm shifts in AI, biotech, and climate tech
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech analysis
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Published thought leadership on disruptive technologies or future scenarios
- Experience advising C-suite on strategic pivots and transformation
- Deep knowledge of 2026 tech catalysts: AGI, quantum computing, neurotech
- Certification in futures methodology (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
