- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT, NASA, and EU Horizon Europe for collaborative innovation
- Present future-tech roadmaps to Fortune 500 boards and UN Technology Forums
- Mentor a team of PhD-level futurists and technology ethicists
- Secure $50M+ in government innovation grants and private venture capital
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 10+ years in strategic tech planning
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on emerging technologies or AI ethics
- Proven track record scaling tech initiatives from concept to billion-dollar valuation
- Expertise in scenario planning for disruptive technologies (quantum, AGI, biotech)
- Deep understanding of global tech policy frameworks (EU AI Act, US CHIPS Act)
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for international stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio of at least three commercially deployed future-tech innovations
