- Manage $50M+ R&D budgets with measurable ROI tracking
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford research institutions on pilot programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with Fortune 500 experience
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field
- Proven track record in quantum/AI commercialization
- Published research in Nature/Science journals preferred
- Expertise in tech policy and ethical frameworks
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Arabic for global partnerships
- Certification in Quantum Computing Architecture (QCA)
