Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in technology forecasting or enterprise innovation strategy
- Proven track record of launching products/services with 5+ year market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, climate AI, etc.)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or top-tier tech publications
- Proficiency in futures research methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning, scenario planning)
- Experience securing government grants or corporate innovation funding
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish (for global stakeholder engagement)
