Qualifications
10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 experienceDeep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, blockchain)Proven track record of launching successful technology initiatives with measurable business impactExceptional strategic planning skills with experience in scenario planning and future-state modelingStrong executive presence with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiencesAdvanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets and cross-functional teams of 20+Published thought leadership in technology journals or industry publications
