Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured datasets using SQL and Python
- Create compelling visualizations and dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for stakeholder presentations
- Identify trends and anomalies in customer behavior data to inform product decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliverables
- Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Present findings to non-technical leadership teams with clear, actionable recommendations
- Stay current with industry best practices in data analytics methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Familiarity with SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R preferred)
- Basic knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualization principles
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
