Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market implications through 2026+
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology adoption and competitive positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future tech priorities
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive technologies and their business impacts
- Author thought leadership publications and present at industry conferences
- Partner with product teams to incubate next-gen innovations
- Monitor global tech policy/regulatory shifts affecting 2026 landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, technology consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of commercializing future-focused technologies
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and investors
- Published thought leadership in tech or business publications
