Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology strategy across AI, quantum, and sustainable tech domains
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in developing next-gen prototypes and MVPs
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and Fortune 500 companies
- Present breakthrough concepts to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Drive innovation sprints focused on 5-10 year technology horizons
- Develop and file patents for novel technological solutions
- Mentor junior researchers and engineers in emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech (AI/quantum/sustainable)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products with $10M+ revenue impact
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, generative AI, carbon-neutral tech
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding or partnerships
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Executive-level presentation skills with investor experience
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud-native architectures
