Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or equivalent practical experience
- 10+ years in architecting distributed systems at scale

- Expertise in ISO 27001 and NIST 2.0 compliance frameworks
- Proven track record of deploying AI/ML systems at hyperscale
