Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive technical roadmap for the 2026 product suite, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Lead architectural design for next-generation AI systems, incorporating emerging trends like Generative AI and Neuromorphic computing.
- Identify and prototype breakthrough technologies to ensure FutureScale remains at the forefront of the industry.
- Mentor and guide a diverse team of engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate futuristic concepts into actionable engineering tasks.
- Oversee the security and ethical implications of deploying autonomous systems.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI, or Machine Learning, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Proven experience in designing scalable systems and integrating complex AI models.
- Strong foundation in Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch, with familiarity in quantum computing libraries.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and drive projects from concept to completion.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
