Responsibilities
- Lead R&D projects in quantum-enhanced neural networks for 2026-era applications
- Develop novel algorithms for ethical AI alignment and bias mitigation
- Collaborate with quantum hardware teams to optimize hybrid AI-quantum systems
- Publish peer-reviewed research in top-tier AI and quantum computing conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to our open-source AI framework
- Analyze emerging 2026 tech trends to identify research opportunities
- Secure and manage research grants from federal and private institutions
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Computing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in AI research with publications at NeurIPS/ICML/AAAI
- Expertise in quantum machine learning frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch with quantum extensions
- Demonstrated experience with ethical AI governance frameworks
- Strong background in computational complexity theory
