Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and implement robust infrastructure strategies that support the rapid scaling of AI models and data processing pipelines leading up to the 2026 transition.
- Technical Leadership: Lead a world-class team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, code quality, and continuous delivery.
- Strategic Roadmap: Define the technical vision for the '2026 Era', integrating emerging technologies like edge computing and neuromorphic hardware.
- Performance Optimization: Drive initiatives to reduce latency and optimize resource utilization across our global cloud infrastructure.
- Security & Compliance: Oversee the implementation of enterprise-grade security protocols to protect proprietary AI models and sensitive data.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for executive stakeholders and product teams.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within high-scale infrastructure environments.
- Core Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, Go, and Kubernetes; deep experience with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- AI Expertise: Strong understanding of Machine Learning operations (MLOps), Large Language Models (LLMs), and data architecture.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex architectural challenges and make critical decisions under pressure.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
