Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap for the Year 2026 and beyond, aligning with business objectives.
- Lead the architectural design of next-generation platforms, focusing on scalability, security, and AI integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and design, to translate high-level vision into technical specifications.
- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., advanced AI, quantum computing readiness) and evaluate their potential impact on our product suite.
- Drive innovation initiatives and establish best practices for future-proof development methodologies.
- Mentor senior engineering staff and foster a culture of continuous learning and strategic thinking.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a strategic or leadership capacity.
- Deep understanding of cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through major digital transformations.
- Strong background in AI/ML infrastructure and data strategy.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
