Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Design and implement the high-level architecture for our Year 2026 AI ecosystem, integrating quantum-ready protocols with classical machine learning pipelines.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- System Scalability: Oversee the migration to cloud-native microservices, ensuring our infrastructure can handle exabyte-scale data processing.
- Security & Compliance: Spearhead the implementation of zero-trust security models and ensure full compliance with emerging global AI regulations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into actionable roadmaps.
- Innovation Labs: Explore and prototype cutting-edge technologies, including neuromorphic computing and advanced natural language processing.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML infrastructure or Quantum Computing environments.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS/GCP/Azure.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with elegant, scalable solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Forward-Thinking: A proven track record of staying ahead of industry trends and anticipating future technological shifts.
