- Manage inventory levels and assist with visual merchandising to optimize product displays
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets
- Participate in product training to maintain expert knowledge of inventory
- Uphold store appearance standards and cleanliness protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Proven ability to meet/exceed sales goals in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
