Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and achieving daily/weekly targets
- Operate POS systems efficiently, process transactions, and maintain accurate cash handling
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing product displays per brand standards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize store operations and inventory management

- Actively seek customer feedback to improve service quality and store experience
Qualifications
- 1+ years of retail or customer service experience preferred
- Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse clientele
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Proficiency with retail technology (POS systems, mobile apps)
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework a plus
- Valid Missouri driver's license if off-site deliveries required
