- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean and appealing sales floor.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the register, including cash and credit payments.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently with a problem-solving mindset.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse customer base.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
- Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and computer technology.
