Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and product assistance to weekend shoppers
- Operate POS systems, process payments, and handle transactions accurately
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain store cleanliness and visual standards
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation processes
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth weekend operations
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- No prior retail or customer service experience required
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday shifts (8am-6pm)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and handle light lifting
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Reliable transportation to work location
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
