Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized sales consultations to high-net-worth clientele
- Exceed monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling
- Manage client relationships and build long-term loyalty programs
- Process transactions and maintain accurate inventory records
- Collaborate with visual merchandising team for product displays
- Participate in seasonal promotions and exclusive trunk shows
- Train new associates on brand standards and product knowledge
Qualifications
- 2+ years luxury retail or high-end sales experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with POS systems (e.g., Shopify, Square)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- College degree preferred or equivalent luxury certification
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency a plus
