Responsibilities
- Process and verify incoming customer orders and returns with high accuracy.
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace to meet safety standards.
- Assist in inventory management and stock organization to ensure product availability.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Operate standard office and warehouse equipment (forklift, scanner, computer) as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
