- Problem Solving: Identify customer needs and provide accurate solutions or escalate complex issues to the senior team.
- Data Management: Accurately document customer interactions and update account information in our CRM systems.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to maintain high service standards during peak weekend periods.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Experience: No prior experience necessary; we teach you everything you need to know.
- Schedule: Must be available to work Weekend Shifts (Saturday and/or Sunday) on a consistent basis.
