Responsibilities
- Process incoming customer inquiries and support tickets via chat and email during assigned night hours.
- Perform accurate data entry and update customer records in our CRM systems.
- Resolve basic customer issues and questions with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless communication and workflow continuity.
- Adhere to company policies and quality assurance standards for every interaction.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and communicate them to the management team.
- Maintain a high level of productivity while working independently in a remote setting.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work the night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection is mandatory.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (35+ WPM).
- Ability to start working within 48 hours of application.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
