Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a high-quality shopping experience.
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently, processing various payment methods.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean, inviting store environment.
- Attend and actively participate in weekly training sessions to learn product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.
- Strong willingness to learn and complete all mandatory training modules.

- Reliable transportation to the Boston location.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
