Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/tender with responsibility.
- Product knowledge: Learn and demonstrate deep understanding of our merchandise to answer customer inquiries.
- Assist in maintaining store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
- Identify and suggest add-on sales opportunities to increase revenue.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily and weekly sales targets.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Weekend Shifts (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- High school diploma or GED required; previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse groups of people.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Dallas location.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills quickly.
