Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Stock shelves and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
