Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, locate, and retrieve merchandise safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with high accuracy and speed to meet daily targets.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies using handheld scanners.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and adheres to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks during the designated shift hours.
- Communicate effectively with team leads to coordinate workflow and resolve any operational issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to work a rotating night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management systems quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
