Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Vision: Develop and communicate a comprehensive strategic roadmap for the company, aligning long-term goals with short-term tactical execution.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis of market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to identify growth vectors.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives, department heads, and external partners to ensure alignment and buy-in for strategic initiatives.
- Resource Allocation: Oversee budget planning and resource distribution to ensure high-impact projects receive necessary support.
- Performance Metrics: Define KPIs and success metrics to track progress against the 2026 roadmap and drive continuous improvement.
- Change Management: Lead organizational change initiatives to ensure the company culture evolves to support the new strategic direction.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in strategic planning, management consulting, or executive leadership roles within the Technology or Information Services sector.
- Strategic Acumen: Proven track record of defining and executing multi-year strategic plans with a focus on measurable ROI.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse, cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or Master’s degree is preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to diverse audiences.
