Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate a comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap aligned with company business objectives.
- Lead the R&D initiatives for emerging technologies, specifically focusing on AI integration and predictive analytics.
- Oversee the architecture of scalable, secure systems capable of handling next-gen data loads.
- Build and mentor a high-performance engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks before they impact project timelines or product quality.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Drive the adoption of DevOps and CI/CD practices to ensure rapid deployment and reliability.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or executive technical role.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technology transformations and defining long-term product strategies.
- Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and modern web technologies.
- Strong background in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Science applications.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical strategies to non-technical executives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment with a focus on delivery and innovation.
