Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through personalized product recommendations and needs assessment
- Achieve and exceed daily/weekly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling techniques
- Operate POS systems efficiently, process transactions, and maintain accurate cash handling
- Manage visual merchandising to ensure attractive product displays and store aesthetics
- Process inventory, restock shelves, and maintain organized stockrooms

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
