Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Conduct outbound calls and engage with potential clients to identify their needs and present our solutions.
- Customer Relations: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing accurate information and resolving inquiries effectively.
- Market Analysis: Research market trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to the team.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in daily briefings, sales meetings, and training workshops to refine skills.
- Data Management: Keep accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Performance Goals: Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Experience: No prior sales experience required. We are looking for attitude and aptitude.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Reliability: Must be available for full-time shifts (Monday - Friday).
