Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for enterprise clients via phone, chat, and remote access
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues including network connectivity and system configurations Document troubleshooting steps and solutions in ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)Collaborate with senior engineers on complex escalationsConduct routine system maintenance and updatesTrain end-users on new software implementationsAdhere to IT security protocols and compliance standards
Qualifications
