Responsibilities
- Provide Exceptional Customer Support: Assist customers via phone, email, and chat with inquiries and issue resolution.
- Data Entry & Processing: Accurately input and manage customer information into our database systems.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily and weekly performance targets.
- Weekend Coverage: Ensure consistent service delivery during Saturday and Sunday shifts.
- Problem Solving: Identify customer needs and provide solutions that enhance satisfaction.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain organized records and prepare daily reports as required.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience: No prior experience required. We provide on-the-job training.
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
